Introducing our first Caribbean sample pack, bringing summer vibes and carnival atmosphere to you all! Produced and played by the fantastic duo of David & Daniel Chebair, this sample library contains a wealth of musical material, including drums, traditional percussion, guitar, bass and vocals. The loops are organised neatly into folders and construction kits for easy browsing and come with key and tempo labels. The sample pack plays around a variety of traditional styles. Cumbia is a traditional gender of folkloric music born in the north coast of Colombia, South America. The Atlantic sea combined with African and Indian American roots gave birth to one of the most important rhythms all across Latin America. Cumbia, born in Colombia and present from Mexico to Argentina is one of the most important influences in the new Colombian sounds. Champeta was born in Cartagena, Colombia, the most important peer during the conquest. It is the place were not only African, Indian American but European influences were so strong that produced a very peculiar sound full of energy, drums, bass and a lot of Sabora. Ragga is a very important influence in Latin American new sounds. Born in Jamaica in the middle 80s has been crucial part of the dance floors around the world since then. Songo was created by the Cuban percussionists Juan Formel and Canguito when played with the famous Afro-Cuban band Los Van Vana. This rhythm has been present in Latin Jazz and Salsa since the 70s and 80s. The energy and groove in this sample pack shines through the sounds and project positivity and fun into your music! It's difficult not to start grooving along when you listen to these loops and samples, which are guaranteed to make even the most flat footed dancers move their feet.
